wintk Terms and Conditions

wintk ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online casino and betting service in the Bangladesh market. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you", "member") and wintk.

These Terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. Those documents are considered an integral part of these Terms.

By accessing, registering with, or using any service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you disagree with the Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

• You are registering in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are not registering using any automated bot, software, or macro.

Each user may hold only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Never share your login credentials — username and password — with any third party.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any unauthorized access, notify wintk support immediately.
• wintk will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.
• If your account details change, please contact us.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be temporarily suspended at our discretion.

wintk supports transactions through the most popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh.

• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal Time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

Each transaction may be reviewed by the system before it is completed. If any unusual activity is detected, wintk reserves the right to place the relevant transaction on hold.

Users must use a payment account registered in their own name. Transactions through third parties are prohibited and may result in account termination.

wintk runs various bonus and promotional offers for its members. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the offer description.

Welcome Bonus:

• 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving you a total balance of ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount (applies to the bonus amount only).
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = you must wager a total of ৳18,000 before withdrawing the bonus funds.

wintk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a withdrawal is attempted before the bonus terms are met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

wintk is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes on our platform are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.

• Each game round is conducted independently.
• The outcome of a previous game does not affect the next game.
• All games are supplied by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others).
• If a game outcome is affected by a technical error, wintk reserves the right to void the relevant bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wintk platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating or maintaining more than one account.
• Manipulating the platform with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems or code.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Harassing other members or attempting to defraud them.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken where applicable.

wintk provides its services on an "as is" basis. wintk accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by technical issues, server outages, or internet connection interruptions.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Errors in game provider software (although if detected, prompt action will be taken).
• Account credential exposure resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or national emergencies.

Gaming is a form of entertainment. Financial gain from gaming is not guaranteed and financial loss is possible. Do not wager more than you can afford.

Protecting your personal information is one of wintk's highest priorities. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transfers secure.

• Your information will never be sold to third parties.
• Data will only be used for service improvement and legal compliance purposes.

Users may request to close their account at any time. To do so, please contact our support team.

wintk may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of the Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Being identified as an underage user.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Business or legal reasons.

Upon account closure, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user. However, for accounts under investigation, funds may be held until the investigation is complete.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer service team first. We are committed to resolving all matters in a friendly manner.

• An initial response will be provided within seven (7) business days of a complaint being submitted.
• In disputes regarding game outcomes, the game provider's logs will be considered the final evidence.
• In payment-related disputes, transaction records will be reviewed.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved, both parties will attempt to reach a resolution through mutual agreement via mediation.

wintk reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Registered members will be given advance notice of any significant changes.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
